Okay, Okay...generally when I hear "bootleg" I sorta think mobster cars and seedy bars, bright lights and the big city. These jewels are bright lights and can be worn in the big city or to the local county fair. Bootleg Jewels are colorful and hip and well...you want to take a second look at their unique funkiness!
Each piece is made with beads hand selected and strung by Miss Ashley (the bootleg jewel maker herself). Robin and I personally watched her agonize over just the right color of turquoise because didn't we know any better...there are several variations of this one jewel (who knew)? They are absolutely unique as no one necklace is exactly the same. Which brings me to the exact point of being unique...we don't want the exact same thing as others, we want bigger and flashier!
